What do I do if my car battery is empty?

Don’t worry! If your battery goes flat, just wait until the other cars have left the premises. Our staff will then approach and get you started back up.

What happens during the film?

We ask that you turn off your lights so all our guests can enjoy the full magic of the silver screen. You might also wish to bring a blanket with you, to keep comfy on those crisp London evenings! You’ll tune in to the radio frequency we provide, then sit back and enjoy the film. We ask that you only leave your car to visit the toilet facilities. If we do have to cancel a screening we’ll announce it straight away on our facebook page as well on our site when possible. You’ll get a full refund on your ticket if we have to cancel before the screening starts.

Please be aware that we do not allow the use of umbrellas during screenings as they can block other guests’ views of the film!

What happens at the end of the show?

Our staff will guide you to the exit in a calm and timely manner.

Please leave quietly at the end of the event out of consideration to our neighbours - and please remember to take your litter with you!

What extra precautions are you taking due to COVID-19?

We have been working hard to ensure a safe and fun event under the current COVID-19 situation. This means removing the use of cash. Tickets will be purchased online and need only to be held up to your car window so our staff can check you in to The Drive In.

Refreshments can be purchased from us online and will be delivered to your car. This will be a contact-free delivery service.

Lastly, for those that may need the toilet while at the event, we have a system in place to ensure queues conform to the 2 meter distance rule. Toilets will be entered one at a time, and facilities will be wiped down with antibacterial spray between each use.

My question isn't here, what should I do?

Please get in touch. We’ll be happy to help you!
