So, here are some of the top movies you can enjoy at the drive through cinema in London this September.

Tenet – 12A

If you’re a fan of fast-paced, action-packed spy movies, don’t miss this new release directed by Christopher Nolan and starring John David Washington, a secret agent challenged to take on a time-bending mission to prevent the start of World War III. Armed with only one word, ‘Tenet’, the agent must face the upcoming threat head on. As one of the most popular outdoor drive-in movies of the moment, this is definitely worth a watch.

Bill And Ted Face The Music – PG

Once told they'd save the universe during a time-traveling adventure, Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves) would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny.

Dirty Dancing – 12A

The great thing about car cinemas in London is that you can enjoy a host of timeless classics in the great outdoors such as Dirty Dancing. Starring Jennifer Grey as Frances Houseman and Patrick Swayze as dance instructor Johnny Castle, this is a love story with an epic soundtrack. Find out why no one puts Baby in the corner and sing along to your favourite tunes including (I’ve Had) the Time of my Life and Hungry Eyes.

Grease – PG

Another all-time favourite showing at The Drive In this September is Grease! First released in 1978, this movie follows Sandy (Olivia Newton-John) and Danny John Travolta as they pursue love amid a turbulent high school backdrop. Featuring hits such as Summer Nights, You’re The One That I Want and Greased Lightnin’, this is a feel-good classic.

Rocks – 12A

Rocks is a popular teenage girl with big dreams for the future. She lives with her mum and adoring younger brother Emmanuel in a London council flat, but when her mum suddenly leaves, her life is thrown into turmoil. Determined to avoid being taken into care against all odds, Rocks bravely leaves her home and hides around London. Will her friends help her combat such a difficult time?

Joker – 15

In Gotham City, comedian Arthur Fleck (played by Joaquin Phoenix who won an Oscar for his part in the movie) is disregarded and mistreated by society. He embarks on a downward spiral of revolution and bloody crime, bringing him face-to-face with his now infamous alter-ego, the Joker. An American psychological thriller directed and produced by Todd Phillips, Joker takes a new and in depth look at this iconic character from the Batman mythos.
